Floor Plans, Pricing & Availability
Fairways V offers studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments in San Antonio’s Medical Center area. Two-bedroom options include one-, two-, and two-and-a-half-bathroom layouts, including spacious townhome-style floor plans.
Apartment pricing generally ranges from $649 to $1,069 per month. Rates are subject to change based on the selected floor plan, availability, lease term, and apartment features. Contact our leasing team for current pricing.

Applications & Approval
Applicants must provide verifiable income and complete credit and background screenings. Combined qualifying income must generally equal at least 2.5 times the monthly rent. Additional documentation may be requested during the review process.
Applications are typically reviewed within two to four business days after all required information and documentation have been received.
Yes. Co-signers or guarantors may be accepted, subject to the community’s screening and qualification criteria. Contact the leasing team for complete requirements.
Once approved, you will be asked to pay the applicable deposit and complete your lease documents. Our team will then confirm your move-in date and provide instructions for receiving your keys and settling into your new Fairways V home.

No. Utilities are not included in the advertised monthly rent. Applicable utility charges are billed to the resident by the community and may vary based on usage and other billing factors.

Pet Policy
Yes. Fairways V welcomes pets, so you and your companion can feel at home together in our San Antonio apartment community.
No breed or weight restrictions are currently reported. All pets remain subject to the community’s complete pet policy and approval requirements.
Residents may have up to two pets per apartment.
A nonrefundable pet fee of $350 per pet is required. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.
Select apartments feature private yards, and every home includes a private patio or balcony. Nearby walking routes and outdoor destinations also provide convenient places to spend time with your pet.
Amenities & Community Features
The community’s two swimming pools are resident favorites. Fairways V also offers a coffee bar, package lockers, onsite laundry facilities, valet trash service, and 24-hour emergency maintenance.
Fairways V offers an especially broad range of apartment styles, including studios, one-bedroom homes, spacious two-bedroom layouts, and distinctive townhome options. This variety gives residents more ways to choose a home that fits their lifestyle.

The swimming pools are open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Hours may change seasonally or temporarily due to maintenance, weather, or community needs.
No. Most shared amenities have designated operating hours. The community’s onsite laundry facilities, package lockers, and emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day.
Fairways V does not currently offer a fitness center or business center.

Parking, Storage & Laundry
Each apartment receives one assigned reserved parking space. The current reserved parking charge is $17 per month.
No. Fairways V does not currently offer garages, carports, or electric-vehicle charging stations.
No separate storage units are currently available. However, apartment features may include spacious closets and additional patio storage.
No. Apartments do not include washers and dryers or in-home washer and dryer connections.
Yes. Fairways V provides two onsite laundry facilities that residents can access 24 hours a day.
Yes. The community offers 24-hour package lockers for convenient delivery pickup.
Maintenance & Resident Support
Residents can submit routine maintenance requests through the Loft Living resident platform. The onsite team can assist if you have questions about accessing or using the system.
Most routine maintenance requests are addressed within 24 to 48 hours. Completion times may vary depending on the nature of the issue, required parts, and the order in which requests are received.
Yes. Fairways V provides after-hours emergency maintenance for qualifying urgent issues.

Fairways V is conveniently located near the South Texas Medical Center and major healthcare employers such as University Health, Methodist Hospital, and UT Health San Antonio. The USAA corporate headquarters campus is also nearby.
Residents have convenient access to familiar dining options such as Jersey Mike’s, Taco Bell, Tommy’s Restaurant, Golden Wok, and Chester’s. Nearby shopping includes H-E-B, Walmart, Huebner Oaks Shopping Center, Wonderland of the Americas, and Ingram Park Mall.
The community provides convenient access to I-10, Fredericksburg Road, Wurzbach Road, Medical Drive, and Loop 410, helping residents connect with the Medical Center and other parts of San Antonio.
